What Religious Ministries Can Do For You

Chaplains are here to afford you the opportunity to worship and to provide for your religious needs regardless of where you may serve in the U.S. military.

Chaplains are experienced counselors, ready to help you and your family members with a wide variety of issues85 whether they be personal, work-related, spiritual or marital. Your concerns will be addressed as soon as possible and treated with strict confidence.

Requests for chaplains for formal functions (retirements, commissioning, etc.) or use of the chapel facilities must be submitted in writing using forms available at the NASO or Dam Neck chapel.

Baptisms, weddings, marriage vow renewals and other special religious services require prior pastoral counseling and/or education preparation, according to the requirements set forth by the specific chaplain92s ordaining body.
